"La
Villa " is an old country-house just outside the city of Siena that
has been transformed into a charming holiday-home - ideal for a big family
or a group of friends. It offers a spacious kitchen, a beautiful living-room,
two bathrooms, a separate WC, three double rooms and two single rooms.
The house is equipped with old tuscan furniture.

"La Villa" offers space for eight persons. The weekly rent of € 700 is for an occupancy of four persons. Each additional person, € 175 per week.
During
the month of August the weekly rental fee for an occupancy of four persons
is € 840. Each additional person, € 210 a day.
During
the two weeks of the Palio-race the weekly rental fee for an occupancy
of four persons is € 1.120. Each additional person, € 280 a
day.
The
rental fees are inclusive of water, electricity, gas and linnen. The cost
of the final clean-up is € 30.
