Two holiday apartments in a private house at the beach of Marina di Tertenia

Marina di Tertenia is a small sea-resort on the south-east coast of Sardenia, - the italian island in the Mediterrenean famous for its cristal clear sea. It is an ideal place for spending a quiet beach-holiday where the sea is the main attraction. There are just two food-stores and a restaurant, but you find all other kind of shops in the nearby village of Tertenia.
The house is located in a panoramic position just 300m away from the sandy beach of Foxi Manna. On the groundfloor lives a gentle local family - while on the first floor there are two identical holiday apartments.

Both apartments have the same size offering two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen corner, living cum dining-room and a terrace with a marvellous view on the sea. Outside there is a garden with a barbecque, a shower and a laundry-facility. The beach is just a five minutes walk away.

The two apartments are available for seasonal touristic rentings, in July and August the rental period is on a monthtly basis while in May,June,September and Otober shorter rental periods are possible. The prices indicated below are weekly rates for each apartment and include water, electricity and gas. The bathroom- and bedlinen is not provided.

The fastest way to reach Marina di Tertenia is by taking the ferry-boat from Civitavecchia to the Sardinean port of Arbatax. (There are two weekly courses run by the naval company "Tirrenia",) Marina di Tertenia is about 35 minutes by car from Arbatx. Alternatively there are daily ferry-boats from Civitavecchia, Genoa, Livorno and Piombino towards Cagliari and Olbia.
